What does my status mean?

  • Order Confirmed: We’ve received your order and are currently picking and packing your items in our warehouse.

  • Shipped / In Transit: Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and is making its way to you.

  • Out for Delivery: Great news! Your order is on the local delivery truck and should arrive by the end of the day.

  • Delivered: Your package has been dropped off. Time to get cooking!


Tracking Tips

  • Wait for the Email: It can take 24–48 hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping notification.

  • Multiple Packages: If you ordered several top-selling items, they may ship in separate boxes to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

  • Can’t find your number? Check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder for your shipment confirmation email.
